The Manor, a residential facility in Wisconsin, specializing in the treatment of addiction and trauma. She completed a post-doctoral fellowship in health psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and shaped the development of a specialty substance abuse consultation clinic targeting high risk and vulnerable populations within the UW department of family medicine. Dr. Thomas has actively participated in novel clinical research targeting mood and trauma related disorders with UW over the last six years. Additionally, she provides trauma therapy and advocacy to victims of violent crime through the district attorney's office in Madison. With specialized training in chronic health conditions and a certification in biofeedback, she is able to bring a body-based lens to the healing and stabilization of chronic pain, trauma, and substance abuse related disorders.

Tom Gentry is an internationally certified alcohol and drug counselor (ICADC). He provides recovery coaching for individuals, family coaching for people with loved ones who suffer from substance use disorders, and transitional coaching for people amid significant life changes.
